The body of work Belastbarkeit explores what recurring forms can hold.

In painting, the forms emerge as bodies of colour in a guided flow. In the transfer sequences, they are passed on as a whole, until hardly anything carries over. In the objects, their envelopes are put under strain from within, by what they hold.

Each work shows for itself where a form holds and where it gives way. Whatever remains permeable is always also vulnerable; this is its condition, not its weakness.
